Chi Epsilon Requirements for membership:

Undergrad membership:

• Upper 1/3 of class (junior or senior level)
• Elected by 2/3 majority quorum of active XE members within 1 month of availability.

• Upper 1/3 of class (GPA after 1 year at WU)
• Elected by 2/3 majority quorum of active XE members within 1 month of availability.

• Automatic if XE member as undergrad.
• Complete 1 semester in current program
• Must be nominated by current XE member, endorsed by 2 XE faculty members, and elected by ¾ majority of election quorum
• Maybe considered inactive at the discretion of the chapter.

XE Officers:

• President
• VP Secretary
• Associate Editor
• Marshall (initiation)
• Others as needed

Faculty advisor

• Elected by the chapter every 2 years
• Re-election of former advisor is acceptable

National newsletter: $10.00/year/chapter

Pledging activities:

• Collect signatures
• Papers, engineering tests, bylaw/constitution/fact quizzes.
