Information Management Programs
Bill Darte has taught as an instructor in the PDP programs for 10 years. His primary teaching has been associated with networking and Internet communications protocols, though he has taught in the area of network management and Internet security as well. His academic interests are associated with standards, market dynamics and technology transfer. Bill has an MBA degree and has worked in the IT industry since 1984. He was Manager of End-user Systems for a large St. Louis corporation and also did seminar development work and consulting. He is a member of the Advisory Council for the American Registry for Internet Numbers (www.arin.net) where he is Chair of the Community Learning and Education Working Group. Bill is also a Senior Technical Associate with the Center for the Application of Information Technology (www.cait.wustl.edu) which is an IT education and training consortium of St. Louis organizations and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Washington University.
