Developed empirical
expression for scaling up of particle size produced
by electrosparying inorganic ionic solutions and was
experimentally verified by using iron nitrate
solution
-
Developed a method for
the single step gas phase synthesis of silica coated
magnetic iron oxide and tantalum oxide nanocomposite
in a furnace reactor. As synthesized product was
functionalized with a NIR dye for multifunctional
bioimaging and drug delivery applications
-
Developed a hydrazine
assisted low temperature spray pyrolysis process to
synthesize nanosize metal oxides in environmentally
benign way. Synthesis of solid and hollow sphere,
and doughnut shape gamma alumina, and maghemite
nanoparticles have been demonstrated
